In January 2023 at the age of 22, I founded Fundacja #niezamłodzi, an initiative dedicated to creating opportunities for young people without age-based discrimination, fostering intergenerational dialogue, and promoting youth engagement. Why? Adultism continues to significantly impact young people’s lives, from financial instability and underemployment to the challenge of balancing career and family, as well as an education system that often fails to develop the skills needed for the future. Our foundation aims to address these challenges by providing a platform where young people can have a voice, actively participate, and contribute to shaping their own opportunities. I firmly believe that the movement we have started will empower youth and help unlock their potential.
As part of our foundation’s activities, we have organized two editions of the Edukacyjny Pentagon conference, produced a series of podcasts on our YouTube channel, and conducted a pro-voting campaign ahead of the European Parliament elections, which included a video collaboration with young people from across Europe and a forum held at the Polish Parliament (Sejm). Our members actively engage with the media, including participating in TVN24’s "BezKitu" program, and take part in various events where they can speak on issues important to the younger generation. The main mission of #Niezamłodzi is to create a community where young people can collaborate on their own initiatives, share ideas, and inspire one another.
