OLIWIA AZIZ
Professionally, I'm a lawyer and an advocate trainee. My mission is to empower young people to engage in public debates on issues pivotal to their future while fostering intergenerational dialogue.
I have been recognized for my activity with several awards, including "Alumna of the Year 2024" from the European Academy of Diplomacy, the "Sur-Place Scholarship" from the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, and the "Young Polish Woman" award in the media category. I am also a finalist of the TOP 50 Global Student Prize 2025.
I am a graduate of the European Academy of Diplomacy (specialization: international organizations), School of Law and Economy of China, the National Democratic Institute - 'Youth Democracy Leadership Academy', and a summer school at Complutense University in Madrid. Thanks to my fluency in several foreign languages (English, Spanish, German) and my interest in politics, I participate in international seminars, expanding my expertise in the role of law in democracy. I am also a member of the European Democracy Youth Network, a coalition of young civic and political leaders from 23 countries, united in strengthening democracy.
As a #notttooyoung founder, I have years of experience in project implementation and event organization. I believe in the power of words and the importance of mutual understanding, which is why I actively participate in public discourse —speaking at conferences and sharing my perspective in national and international media, including TVN 24, TVN 24 BIS, Voice of America, Newsweek, Dzień Dobry TVN, Gazeta Wyborcza, OKO Press, NOIZZ, Radio Czwórka, Radio Nowy Świat and 'Le Figaro'.
As the youngest candidate for Parliament on the Warsaw list of the Civic Coalition in the 2023 parliamentary elections, I consistently engage in national politics. My goal is to increase Generation Z’s participation in decision-making processes, promote a culture of dialogue based on respect, and build an inclusive society.
"Impossible does not exist" is not just
